 SAFETY INFORMATION - Jewelry

• None of my items are guaranteed to be hypoallergenic. I don't always know the exact composition of the components (ex: metal alloy), however, I try to find those that explicitly state what metals are being used.
• Materials
  • Round & Mābē beads = epoxy resin
  • Chip beads = UV resin 
  • Round metallic beads = synthetic hematite OR brass-based (lead & cadmium free per supplier) 
  • Flower beads = Tibetan alloy (lead & cadmium free per supplier)
  • Bead caps = metal alloy 
  • Metal components = brass-based alloy with anti-tarnish coating (lead & nickel free per supplier) 
  • Earring parts = steel alloy (lead & nickel free per supplier) 
  • Elastic = polyurethane (latex free per supplier)
  • String (gray) = nylon coated stainless steel
  • String (clear) = nylon
• Texture - chip jewelry, by nature, has sharpish edges. Ordering fitted jewelry is not recommended.
• CHOKING HAZARD - all items are made with small parts. They should not be given to anyone who will attempt to suck on, chew on, swallow or allow them anywhere near their mouth.

DETAILS & CARE - Jewelry

• Cost - Sooooo, I'm a Jack(ie) of all trades when it comes to my business. A lot of labor (and love ♥) goes into making these items with any one piece taking from several hours to one day to complete. I try to keep the costs as low as possible by offering free shipping once a certain order amount has been reached.
• Photos (color) - Screen resolutions differ between devices, potentially leading to a slight difference in the actual item's color and what you see on my website.
• Photos (previews) - If you see any items that look unfinished (unclipped wires, unglued bead caps, etc.) or have different color components (dull silver) it's because they are my model products for photographic use only. This is done to avoid wasting materials. Your finished item(s) will look more presentable and have your desired component color.
• Care instructions - If your piece is made with metal, avoid contact with water (including sweat) & dry immediately if wet. To clean, wipe with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Store properly to avoid tarnishing. A small anti-tarnish strip will be included in your package.

CUSTOMIZATION - Jewelry

• Sizing - I can make any size bracelet. Once you have selected your item, please provide me with the wearer's wrist circumference. Yes, metric is fine :-).
• Style - See the Customization page. There are five (5) styles available for chip jewelry, and three (3) for butterfly jewelry. Capped beaded jewelry is sold as is, but you can choose your bead & finding colors.
• Color - There. Are. A. LOT! Check out each product's page to see what I have to offer. Some colors are not available for every type of jewelry/bead/chip.
• Add-ons - These can be added to pieces, not purchased as individual items. I have a demo video on my YouTube page to explain the ordering process (sorry for the video quality, I'm a newbie and sick). Certain accents are only available for specific lines/items.

• I only ship within the United States for the time being. This may change in the future.
• Shipping is free on all orders $35+ when purchased through Etsy.
• Items will be shipped within 3 - 5 business days of your order. Please note that I will begin work on your order within 48 hours of either receiving it and/or any customization details if applicable. If you need the item(s) sooner, please reach out to me. I will try to accommodate, but cannot guarantee it.
• All items are shipped via USPS.
• A tracking number will be provided once your item ships.
• Please double check the destination address before placing your order. I will not be responsible for items lost in the mail due to customer error. 

 The following payment methods are accepted:

• Etsy - Paypal, credits/debit cards, Etsy gift cards

• Returns - Since a majority of the jewelry & crafts are personalized, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. My inbox is always open if you need to contact me prior to ordering.
