 SAFETY INFORMATION

• None of my items are guaranteed to be hypoallergenic. I don't always know the exact composition of the components (ex: metal alloy), however, I try to find those that explicitly state what metals are being used.
• Materials
  • Handmade beads = epoxy or UV resin
  • Round metallic beads = synthetic hematite OR brass-based (lead & cadmium free per supplier) 
  • Flower beads = Tibetan alloy (lead & cadmium free per supplier)
  • Bead caps = metal alloy 
  • Metal components = brass-based alloy with anti-tarnish coating (lead & nickel free per supplier) 
  • Earring parts = steel alloy (lead & nickel free per supplier) 
  • Elastic = polyurethane (latex free per supplier)
  • String (gray) = nylon coated stainless steel
  • String (clear) = nylon
• Texture - chip jewelry, by nature, has sharpish edges. These pieces will not be fitted.
• CHOKING HAZARD - all items are made with small parts. They should not be given to anyone who will attempt to suck on, chew on, swallow or allow them anywhere near their mouth.

DETAILS & CARE - Jewelry

• Cost - Sooooo, I'm a Jack(ie) of all trades when it comes to my business. A lot of labor (and love ♥) goes into making these items with any one piece taking from several hours to one day to complete. I try to keep the costs as low as possible by offering free shipping once a certain order amount has been reached.
• Photos (color) - Screen resolutions differ between devices, potentially leading to a slight difference in the actual item's color and what you see on my website.
• Photos (previews) - If you see any items that look unfinished (unclipped wires, unglued bead caps, etc.) or have different color components (dull silver) it's because they are my model products for photographic use only. This is done to avoid wasting materials. Your finished item(s) will look more presentable and have your desired component color.
• Care instructions - If your piece is made with metal, avoid contact with water (including sweat) & dry immediately if wet. To clean, wipe with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Store properly to avoid tarnishing. A small anti-tarnish strip will be included in your package.

CUSTOMIZATION

• Sizing - I can make any size bracelet. Once you have selected your item, please provide me with the wearer's wrist circumference. Yes, metric is fine :-).
• Style - See the Aesthetics page for many of the options I have available. If you have any questions, please contact me.
• Color - There. Are. A. LOT! Check out the Finishes section & my YouTube channel for examples. If you are unsure of a color that is similar to another, I'm happy to send you a sample of a small piece made with each color. This is only available for colors that are extremely similar (Gloss finish).
• Add-ons - These can be added to pieces, not purchased as individual items. Certain accents are only available for specific lines/items.

• I only ship within the United States for the time being. This may change in the future.
• Shipping is free on all orders $20+. Shipping price for all other items is $6.95 per order.
• All items are shipped via USPS. A tracking number will be provided once your item ships.
• Please double check the destination address before placing your order. I will not be responsible for items lost in the mail due to customer error. 

Since I currently do not have a shopping cart option (working on it), payments will be requested via PayPal payment links.

• The final price will include the total cost of your order, sales tax (8.63%) & shipping ($6.95 for orders under $35).

Important timeframes after order placement:

• 12 hours: The payment link will be sent to the email address you've provided. If there are any changes that need to be made to your order or you're ordering other items, please do so before receiving the payment link.
• 13 - 24 hours: Your piece is being created, I cannot make any modifications to it at this point.
• 25 - 48 hours: Your piece has been completed and is ready to ship.
• 3 - 5 business days: Your order will be shipped as long as payment has been successfully processed.

• Returns - Since a majority of the jewelry & crafts are personalized, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. My inbox is always open if you need to contact me prior to ordering.
• Reviews - I love feedback & I love to help you with any issues. Before leaving a negative review, kindly reach out to me to see if we can resolve the matter.
